1 | Your Project + Vision
To start, we will discuss your project scope, timeline and budget.
To create an accurate image, we need all the details about the visual aspects of your project including the vision, purpose and design. We will coordinate with you for precedent images, design documents, materiality and 3D models where applicable. We will also be able to discuss further design specifics such as style, seasonality, time of day, entourage and landscaping.
Our fee is calculated based on the total number and type(s) of image(s). Modeling and design services can also be included for additional cost.
2 | 3D Model
We can work with you to create our own 3D model using your hand-sketches and/or CAD drawings, but to shorten turnaround time, a clean 3D model will need to be provided from you. Turnaround time is about 4-6 days per image for a standard residential project with a 3D model provided.
We will import the 3D model and clean up as needed. We will provide views of your model for you to choose your desired camera angle(s) for your rendered image(s). Once your view(s) is approved, it cannot change without an additional fee.
3 | First Draft
Once the view(s) is approved, we will begin our rendering process by adding light, texture, entourage, landscape and other design elements to create your project vision. We will send you the first draft of your project for further comments and revisions.
4 | Your Comments + Revisions
Clearly mark directly on the image(s) any feedback, changes or additions. When annotating, make your edits clear and concise. Small design/model changes are okay; however, an additional fee will incur at an hourly rate for any large changes. We will include up to two rounds of revisions to get your final approval. Further revisions will require more time and fee at an hourly rate.
5 | The Final Image
We will provide you the final file of uncompressed high-resolution image(s). We are always available to provide additional services at an hourly rate if you require any future adjustments to your final image(s).
